Merchandise Returns:

You may return almost any product purchased from within ten (10) days of receipt of said product/s for a FULL REFUND of the item cost less applicable fees. No returns will be authorized after ten days of receipt. All returns will also fall under the following guidelines;
1. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained for all items being returned. This RA must be obtained within 10 days of receipt of product. Please email your return request to us at

2. Please let us know why you want to make the return.
3. We will email you a RA# and Return Label.
4. Please pack the item to be returned back in the original shipping carton and use glue or tape to adhere the label onto the box.
5. We will email you to let you know if we will issue a pick up or if you should return via your choice of carrier.
6. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser and placed on the same credit card used in the initial purchase. Credit will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received in our warehouse.
Items Not Refundable:

Sorry we can not issue credit on used Cartridges or Special Order Cartridges including all pool or spa chemicals opened or unopened.

Defective Return Items:

Refused Orders:

Refused orders will automatically be charged a 20% restocking fee plus a $10.00 processing fee.
